Gram Samvaad

Gram Samvaad is a citizen centric mobile app, created by Ministry of Rural Development in collaboration with NIC team of Department of Rural Development , to serve and empower the rural citizens of India, by facilitating single window access by citizens to information at Gram Panchayat level on various Rural Development programs, covering inter-alia programme objectives, scope and performance . The App presently covers 7 programs of Ministry of Rural Development as also information on the Grants to Local Bodies recommended by the 14th Finance Commission and releases there under. It is envisaged that this app will help in information dissemination ,introduce greater transparency and promote accountability at various levels.

گرم Samvaad یک شهروند نرم افزار تلفن همراه محور، توسط وزارت انکشاف دهات با همکاری تیم NIC از گروه توسعه روستایی، ایجاد شده برای خدمت و توانمند سازی شهروندان روستایی هند، از طریق تسهیل دسترسی پنجره واحد توسط شهروندان به اطلاعات در گرم از Panchayat سطح است برنامه های مختلف توسعه روستایی، پوشش اهداف برنامه بین جمله، دامنه و عملکرد. این برنامه در حال حاضر را پوشش می دهد 7 برنامه های وزارت انکشاف دهات به عنوان همچنین اطلاعات در مورد کمک های مالی به نهادهای محلی تحت توصیه می شود توسط کمیسیون 14 امور مالی و منتشر شده است. این پیش بینی شده است که این برنامه در اشاعه اطلاعات کمک خواهد کرد، معرفی شفافیت بیشتر و ارتقای مسئولیت در سطوح مختلف.
